Arkansas Committee endorses English driversMarch 23, 2011
An Arkansas State House of Representatives committee passed a proposal yesterday requiring drivers’ license exams to be conducted in English.House Bill 2007 was introduced by Rep. Jon Hubbard and cleared the Transportation Committee with a vote of 11-9. Currently, the state offers exams in English and Spanish. The bill heads to the full House for consideration. |
